We operate from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 until 16:30. We are open from 8:00 until 15:00 on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and on public holidays.
Yes we are a VAT registered vendor and we are fully SARS compliant.
Whilst our offices are based in Johannesburg in the Gauteng province, we are able to supply throughout South Africa as we have an extensive courier network.
We are unable to supply customers outside of South Africa.
Currently our sales team are able to service the whole of South Africa via telephone, email or via our website. However, should you wish to see a sales person face-to-face, this is only possible in Gauteng.
Getting a quotation is very easy. You can either call us, email us or reach out via our website. If you would like to see someone face-to-face this is also possible.
Our quotations are valid for 30 days but are subject to change based on the Rand/Dollar exchange rate or cost of materials at the time.
Depending on the complexity of your requirements, we will generally fulfill quote requests in 24 hours or less.
You are welcome to cancel your order if we haven’t started production or branding, however this may incur a 15% handling fee which is at the full discretion of our management team. If we have started branding or production you will be liable for the full amount due on your order.
We do not have a minimum order quantity but we do have a minimum order value of R 450.00 excluding VAT.
Our standard delivery lead time is 5-7 working days from receipt of your 50% deposit and artwork approval. This may change depending on the complexity of your order.
We understand that your needs may be out of our ordinary lead times, we handle rush orders on a job by job basis and if we are in a position to help we will.
With the greatest pleasure, please keep in mind that should you wish to keep the samples you have requested that these will be billed to you at the full price.

Yes, we have a number of showrooms throughout Johannesburg. Please keep in mind that not all of our products are in the same showroom, so please let us know what products interest you such that we can meet with you at the correct one.
No, all prices published on our website exclude VAT.
Yes, almost all of the products we supply can be branded (with the exception of the odd few).
Yes, you can bring your products to be branded by us. Please keep in mind that should you do so that we will not be responsible for damaged product.
Our branding prices are quantity specific and generally include a setup charge. Please also keep in mind that with screen, litho and pad printing that the number of colours also affects the price you will pay. If you do not have your own artwork, we can help you with this. We offer a full graphic design service. Please keep in mind that this service does come at a cost. Please email, call or contact us via the website for more info.
Deliveries and Collections
Yes, we can deliver throughout South Africa as we have extensive courier network. We also have a driver that services the Gauteng province.
For Deliveries in Gauteng: For orders under the value of R1000.00 excluding VAT we charge a R100.00 delivery fee plus VAT. For orders over R1000.00 excluding VAT we will deliver for free.
For Deliveries outside of Gauteng: Delivery costs will be for your own account and will be confirmed prior to the dispatch of your order.
We will either deliver to you via one of our appointed couriers or with the use of our company driver (should you be based in Gauteng).
Our payment terms are 50% with order and the balance to be paid prior to delivery. Should you choose to purchase online and pay upfront then you pay the whole amount at once.
Due to the fact that we supply branded promotional goods, we do not offer extended payment terms.
Should you be purchasing online, we accept most major credit and debit cards as well an EFT transfers. If you place your order with us directly we accept EFT transfers or cash. We do not have a card machine at our office and we do not accept cheques.
